Jonathan founded the East London Children's Choir in 2023, providing a high quality, open access, secular children's choir for Tower Hamlets.
Its first project was a new work about the 1888 Bow Matchgirls' Strike, 'A Fair Field'.
For three years, it rehearsed at St. Paul's Bow Common church, performing concerts at east London venues including Cody Dock, Canary Wharf Roof Garden, the Ragged School Museum and the Museum of London Docklands.
In 2026, the choir entered into a partnership with Christ Church, Isle of Dogs.
